All core functionality runs locally on your device.
3. Audio & Microphone Access
Tunelabs requires access to your device’s microphone to perform real-time audio analysis and measurement.
- Audio data is processed in real-time only
- No audio recordings are stored or transmitted
- No audio data is shared with external servers
4. Device & Configuration Data
The app may store limited data locally on your device, including:
App settings and preferences
Calibration profiles (microphone / noise)
UI configurations
This data is used only to improve your experience and is never transmitted externally.
5. External Devices
Tunelabs supports external microphones (USB, Bluetooth, wired).
All data from these devices is:
- Used only during active measurement
- Processed locally
- Not stored or shared
6. Internet Usage
Tunelabs does not require an internet connection for core functionality
If internet access is used, it may be for:
App updates via app stores
Optional links (e.g. support, community)
No user data is transmitted during normal usage.
7. Third-Party Services
Tunelabs does not integrate third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
8. Data Security
All processing is performed locally on your device.
We design the app to minimize data exposure and reduce security risks.
